After going to several dealers, looking online and test driving a couple of cars. I found the car & color I wanted which was only at Gregoris but was in-transit. I inquired about the vehicle and made an appointment. Went to the dealership and met with Jake. Due to the car still in-transit and unknown with pricing due to tarrifs I had to wait until the car arrived. Stayed in contact with Jake through phone & e-mail. He answered very quick and clear. The day I came in to see the car, without hesitation we started the paperwork and scheduled the pick up. When picking up the car I signed many documents in a clear and efficient way with George. Within 45 minutes I was driving off the lot with my car fully registered. I'm looking towards my first car service in a few months.

Tieara the sales person was so inviting when I spoke to her on the phone and when I arrived she was exactly what I was hoping for!!!! A true professional that did the job without any issues and got me the car I wanted within the first 10 minutes of me arriving !!! I also want to mention Rosario , the sales manager , HE IS AWESOME ... in all the years I’ve traded in my leases I’ve never had such a smooth process like this before! Rosario is straight to the point, VERY HONEST and over all a pleasure to sell my car to !! He’s very professional and has been at this location for 13 years and still truly cares about customer satisfaction!! He was able to get me the numbers that were affordable for me and I am forever grateful to him!!! This is the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership !!! I had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel Osewa on purchasing my new vehicle. I walked into Gregoris Subaru just browsing before my previous lease was up. I heard Subaru’s were safe but I never thought they offered so much. Emmanuel listened to my needs and showed me my options. I never felt hassled or lied to. Most other dealerships I visited were not transparent and even spoke to me like I was not educated about vehicles, and they called everyday rushing me into a decision. Not here. I appreciate everyone at this dealership, everyone was kind, honest and helpful. Emmanuel waited patiently for me to work through my decision-making process, answered my many questions, let me test drive the car during the day AND night so I could see the headlights (btw the headlights are so bright and I like the automatic high beam function). I chose the 2025 Forester. It had all my needs and desires for the best price on the market. Drives smooth. Feels comfortable no matter which seat I sit in. Cute hummingbirds on the windows! I would have never bought a Subaru if it weren’t for Emmanuel.

I had a great experience buying my Legacy XT touring from Gregoris Subaru. I had been looking for a sedan for a few months, test driving all the competitors products. When I met Jesus at Gregoris he showed me the XT and pointed out all the features that come standard with the car going over all the points of each feature. Everyone at the dealership I met was very friendly, and working out the purchase price was done very professionally and openly. I am thrilled with the car and highly recommend Gregoris Subaru.

During my initial appointment at Gregoris Subaru, Jesus Angulo proved to me that he was more than knowledgeable about these cars. My plan was to test drive an Outback and a Forester. We started with the Forester. After we drove a few blocks, I was comfortable with driving the car and how well it handled. Jesus was knowledgeable by showing me all the features this vehicle has to offer. He was able to locate a Touring edition in the latest color of river rock pearl exterior and brown leather interior, the exact car I was looking for. I was impressed as to how pleasant he was to work with. Next time I need to buy a car, I will come back to Gregoris Subaru. I will recommend Jesus and this dealership to others who are in the market for a new car.

I bought my dream car from Gregoris last month and had the best experience doing so. I had shopped around a bit before settling in on the Subaru Crosstrek and Jake was so warm and helpful that I knew I wanted to stick with him to help me purchase my first car. Since it was my first time leasing a car, he walked me through everything I needed and made sure I was getting the best deal before the tariff pricing took effect. He listened to what I needed and gave help recommendations based on that. The day I picked up my car, Jake made it such a special occasion and even left a little ribbon on my dashboard! Couldn't have had a better experience and super happy with my Crosstrek!
